Services

Emergency Response Experts provides CPR / AED / First Aid certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Set Medic staffing for productions and events, Safety Advisor services, Active Violence Immediate Response Training (AVIRT), Firearm Safety Certificate testing, firearms instructor certifications, and related safety and training services. We also sell first aid kits, trauma kits, tourniquet kits, CPR mask kits, and related safety supplies through our website.

All services are provided on a professional, best-effort basis. Certification outcomes depend on successful completion of course requirements including attendance, participation, and minimum assessment scores as required by the applicable certifying body.

Course Registration, Payments & Fees

Fees for all courses and services are disclosed prior to enrollment or booking

Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Failure to attend a registered course does not entitle the registrant to a refund or automatic rescheduling

Group and corporate training bookings are subject to separate agreement terms communicated at the time of booking

Certification Terms

Certifications are issued by the applicable certifying body (including the American Red Cross, HSI, NRA, and the California Department of Justice) upon successful completion of all course requirements. Emergency Response Experts does not guarantee certification outcomes.

Certifications are issued using the personal information provided at the time of registration. It is the registrant's responsibility to ensure that all information is accurate and complete. Any corrections to certification details after issuance will require retaking the course. Reissuing a certification with updated or corrected information is not permitted without completing a new course enrollment.

Product Sales — First Aid, Trauma & Safety Kits

Emergency Response Experts sells first aid kits, trauma kits, tourniquet kits, CPR mask kits, and related safety supplies. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are disclosed at checkout

Emergency Response Experts is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they are legally permitted to purchase and possess any item ordered

Completion of any ERE course does not constitute the provision of medical advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of performance in an actual emergency. Intellectual Property

All course materials, training content, frameworks, documents, and content provided by Emergency Response Experts are the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or repurpose any materials without prior written consent from Emergency Response Experts.
